Garden Photo Contest

I just entered these four photos in an international Garden Photographer of the Year contest (visit www.gpoty.org to find out more about it). I've had the link to the contest information on my computer since the late summer, but as is usual with me, I waited until almost the last minute—the deadline for submissions is January 31. The contest is based in England, and the entry fee for four photograph is £10, which at today's abysmal valuation of the dollar is over $20! I don't expect to place in an international contest, but I did figure it was worth a try…and I do think I have some good garden photography.
